Doing valuable things can be different than working hard.
Minimize effort and maximize result.
1) Get enough sleep.
2) Do some sort of exercise for at least 20 min ( running, stretching, yoga or light weight lifting seem to be the most effective ).
3) Meditate often.
4) Spend time on the WHY of the problem and get user feedback early and often while designing and implementation of the solution.
